Machine description

Grain carts are intended for large farms where the aim is to maximise the use of combine harvesters during harvest. Efficient grain collection and transport to trailers at the edge of the field can increase harvest efficiency by up to 30%.

Construction

		High unloading efficiency Thanks to application of two auger conveyors in the bottom of the tank and unloading conveyor of 500 mm diameter there has been achieved unloading efficiency up to 500 t/h
Highly elevated unloading tube enables to reload seeds into the trailers
		Two auger conveyors placed in the bottom of the load box ensure its rapid unloading, and three holes in the bottom (hydraulically controlled) allow to empty the trailer to the last grain
Chute holes located in the bottom of the tank and conveyor facilitate clearing the trailer
		Weight system Weight system based on eight sensors allows to control the quantity of transported material
Three-axle steering system Tridem driving system with two follow-up axles, wheels system on spring-leaves and wide tires ensure comfortable driving and soil protection
		Single axle Bizon 16/19 Trailer to transport crop from combine harvester and sowing materials or manure, capacity 16/19 m³, adapted to works with tractor about power starts from 120 HP
