Machine description

The smallest mounted sprayers of EKO and LUX series are characterised by operational simplicity with an extension option. The EKO series is equipped with a manually folded/unfolded field beam. In the LUX series the field beam is fully controlled hydraulically. The sprayers can be equipped with solenoid valve that improves the sprayer operation comfort with an option of UNIA SPRAY controller application.

CONTROL VALVES


MANUAL VALVE Manual valve for mounted sprayers, for control of the main valve, sections and manual setting of operating pressure.	CONSTANT PRESSURE VALVE Manual control valve with pressure compensation. Deactivation of particular spraying sections is controlled by appropriate pushbuttons on valves.	ELECTRICALLY CONTROLLED PROPORTIONAL SOLENOID VALVE Valve block with electric motors with pressure compensation system and controlled by CONTROL DUO. The valve can be extended of electronic pressure

FIELD BOOM OPTIONS


Hydraulic lifting beam 18 m as standard (optional for beams 12.15 m)	Field boom (12,15 m) with a fluid system made of acid-resistant piping – available as option.	A self-locking system of the boom facilitates its unfolding. Rubber elements provide additional protection against mechanical damage
OTHER OPTIONS


Foam marker Foaming device with a capacity of 20 L that allows marking the passes with foam left on the ground or plants. The foam left prevents against repeating spraying in a visual manner.	Diluter Diluter of 45 l capacity for thinning the materials used for the plant protection, equipped with two nozzles for precise washing working liquid from hopper walls and a nozzle for packaging washing.	Hose for tank filling up By means of hose (which includes also special suction basket) and efficient sprayer pump is possible to fill quickly the main tank of the sprayer.

Rolling transport wheels

Rigid wheels can be installed in the mounted sprayers that allow safe transport of the empty machine on a hardened surface e.g. when connecting it to the tractor. Available for tanks from 800 L (3-chamber)

Cable for speed readout – tractor/SPRAY computer

Adapter cable for speed readout, only for the mounted sprayers, allowing collision-free connection of the sprayer computer to the tractor speed sensor.Only available for SPRAY computer.
