Manure spreaders with homologation EU 167/2013 !

TYTAN series are the largest spreaders manufactured in Poland designed for the most difficult conditions and large farming companies that value speed and quality of work most. The machine can be used as a spreader for manure, lime, chicken manure or as a volume trailer for collecting green crops. A wide application of the equipment results in a considerable reduction of costs generated in farming.

Driving system The application of a 3-axle drive system enables the spreader operation even in difficult field conditions. The spreader turns or U-turns on the headlands due to the application of a turnable 1st and 3rd axle (self-adjusting) in the drive system.

		Tailgates In order to ensure better spreading of clarified sludge, compost or other, material in the form of small lumps, universal spreaders can be equipped with retention and metering tailgates.

Hydraulic conveyor drive In TYTAN spreaders, hydraulic drive of the floor conveyor is transmitted by a gear designed for heavy loads. The use of hydraulic drive of floor conveyor ensures uniform feeding of material (e.g. manure, peat or lime) to the spreading units.

		Chain TYTAN spreaders are supplied with floor conveyors consisting of four chains. The chains are made of high grade steel bars with 14 mm dia. and together with special scraping bars they are adapted to carry heavy loads.

Spring drawbar in TYTAN spreaders the shaft is suspended on adjustable lengthwise leaf spring, which perfectly reduces any unevenness during the spreader operation.

ACCESSORIES

		Volume an adapter TYTAN 36 spreader can be equipped with a volume attachment with a hydraulically opened wall. Due to such an option, the machine can be universally used as a volume trailer with selfunloading function for green or corn crops.

		MANURE, LIME 2-SHAFT VERTICAL ADAPTER Two shafts and 4-paddle discs are capable to achieve even several meters’ wide spreading range at maintaining very good consistency. The multipurpose 2-shaft adapter can spread both manure, as peat and lime.

		COMPOST, LIME, PEAT – 3-SHAFT HORIZONTAL ADAPTER + SPINNER DISC Spinner disc adapter with 3-drum auger horizontal adapter serves for spreading of rotted manure (without fresh straw), lime,sludge, compost and peat to the width from 12 to 24 m.
